In consideration of being permitted to take part in a Naomi’s Garden event or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I have read and understood the event details, including the nature of the activity and the level of physical and mental effort required. I confirm that I am fit, medically able and suitably prepared to take part safely.
• I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks and that I take part at my own risk.
• I agree to follow all instructions given by Naomi’s Garden, its staff, volunteers, event organisers, leaders and safety personnel at all times, including any instructions relating to safety, equipment, route guidance and cut-off times. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event.
• I accept responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing, and I will act responsibly and with consideration for the safety of others at all times during the event.
• I confirm that I will bring with me any personal medication or equipment I may require, including for conditions such as allergies, asthma or diabetes. I understand that staff and volunteers are not permitted to administer medication unless they are suitably qualified medical professionals acting in that capacity.
• In the event of an accident, injury or illness during the event, I consent to Naomi’s Garden, or those acting on its behalf, arranging or providing appropriate medical assistance where necessary, and to my emergency contact being informed.
• I agree to inform Naomi’s Garden as soon as possible of any medical condition, injury or change in my health that may affect my ability to take part safely.
• I understand that Naomi’s Garden reserves the right to refuse or withdraw my participation at any time if this is considered necessary for health, safety or welfare reasons.
• I accept that Naomi’s Garden, its staff, volunteers and event partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• I confirm that I have read and understood any relevant terms, conditions and guidance provided for this event and agree to comply with them.
• Nothing in this statement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects any rights I may have under applicable law.
